Refund policy

Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy:

1. Only products with manufacturing defects or factory faults are eligible for returns and refunds. All such refund claims must be made within 10 calendar days of Delivery receipt or Pick up date, accompanied with the original invoice and signed delivery slip to be eligible for refund or exchange ( to be communicated).
2. Items must be returned in their original un-used condition, with packaging intact without any blemishes to the aesthetics of the products.
3. Any Exchange will be only entertained on case to case basis, only if the product is in un-used original condition with its packaging intact. All exchanges will attract a restocking fee of 15%
   
4. Final Sale items will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
